- Hit rate formula updated to match EO Main (Acc/2Evade), clamped between 20-80%.
- Hit rate formula updated again to be similar to EO Main but provide higher accuracy at lower levels and diminishing returns to allow for a full 0-100% hit rate range: 1/(1+e-2(Acc-Eva)/Eva), with a bonus invisible +2 accuracy and +1 evade to all calculations.

- Chaos Spawn permanently removed from Hall of Pain, making dark blades temporarily discontinued
- New NPC: Spooky Inferno, for temporary use during the hell event.
- Chaos spawn drop table adjusted for hell event.
- New Items: Hell fragment and hell shards (tradeable). 1 fragment or 10 shards can be combined with other ingredients to create a Title certificate.
- New Item: Title certificate (tradeable). Allows the character who uses it to change their title. Consumed on use.

- NPC logic improved to help navigating around corners to reach players.

- All daily quests are functional now.
- Baru tailor house/npc in Aeven, and Baru shepherd npc/quest in the desert added. Complete the quest once a day for 40 days to collect Baru flock which can be used to upgrade an Oron in to a Baru, or Orona in to a Baruta.
- All experience from killing monsters doubled.
- Spikes and map drain effects are now effective, at a lower rate than main (10% hp drain rather than 20%).

- Party experience is now shared evenly regardless of character level.

- 10x Shiny Red Apple (heals 10HP) starter inventory for new players, and added as a drop from, Piglets to help survive at newbland.
- Base HP increased from 10 to 30.
- Maze quest changed from repeatable to permanently completed.
- Noob island can now be left at any level by talking to the boatman NPC, and dying cannot cause you to be kicked off prematurely.
- Aeven blacksmith NPC added to the sword/armour shop west of Aeven. Soldier plate, Gold plate, Replica Hero Plate, Ninja Suit, Light Battle plate and Wardica plate moved to his store.
- Wardica plate price and stats increased alongside Light Battle Plate.
- Warrior plate and Heavy Battle Plate stats increased and made in to crafts requiring Wardica plate / Light Battle Plate.
- Price and stats of Eloff greatly increased, craft for Heavy Eloff added requiring 20 cranes, 8 metal parts and 8 ice cubes.

- NPCs will continue wandering while out of range of players.
- Offensive name filters no longer apply.
- Clan founders (Rank 0) can demote other leaders.
